As the contruction of MyBrickll is underway, the Related group has change thier payment structure in order to sell off the last remaining units. Now buyers can buy units with 50% down and the remaining due at completion.

0% may be elidgle for fiancing if a bank is found. This new owners to take advantage of the Brickell Real Estate boom.

Due to the relative financial strength of the MyBrickell project, I have been told that owners who have reserved thier property may be eligible to finance the last 20% of their payment.
This is good news as the encourages many buyers to close
on the project, even if they need more time to come up with the remaining payment.

MyBrickell has recently started construction on the condo. Equipment and workers have been busy laying the groundwork for the official groundbreaking ceremony.

Contracts / Prospectuses have come out today for MyBrickell. Those with existing reseervations will now have 15 days to decide if the project is right for them. The additional 10% deposit of purchase price is also required to proceed.

f you have not reserved at MyBrickell yet, then you will be requested to put a 20% deposit of the purchase price to proceed. The next additional 20% will be due at groundbreaking.
The Related Group will be placing returned units back on the market at a later date. Word is that they expecting almost all to proceed with the reservation.
